At INKI, we’re growing rapidly and need a self-motivated problem-solver to manage customer-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone that wants to use the latest AI tools to independently handle support requests, coordinate logistics, and ensure seamless processes while collaborating with our multicultural team.
INKI is a VC-backed startup offering tech devices as a subscription service to over 400 business clients across 26 European countries, promoting sustainability through our circular economy model.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer support requests related to device repairs, insurance claims, returns, and logistics.
- Take ownership of cases—pushing things forward proactively
- Coordinate with repair centers, warehouses, insurers, and courier companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Track repair progress, shipping status, and service workflows, keeping customers informed.
- Handle invoicing for support cases (e.g., repair fees, cancellation fees) and manage rental subscriptions.
- Solve unique customer challenges with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
- Work with multiple tools such as Slack, Airtable, Odoo, and courier platforms to streamline operations.

What You’ll Need
- Tech-savviness and experience working with multiple digital tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer cases.
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Fluent English & Romanian (mandatory); French, Hungarian, or German is a plus.
Must Have
- Proven problem-solving abilities and technical proficiency.
- A push-forward attitude—taking initiative to get things done.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience handling databases and operational workflows.
Nice to Have
- Background in customer support, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in a startup or tech focused, fast-paced business environment.
- Knowledge of additional European languages.
