Job Description We’re looking for Freelance/Interim Job Evaluation Consultants to join us to work across a variety of clients throughout EMEA. Ideally you will speak English and ideally one other European language due to travelling to various locations throughout the region. At Korn Ferry, we speak people. If You’re Interested, Then The Following Is Required
- Currently trained in the Korn Ferry (Hay Group) Job Evaluation method or other comparable methodologies. Or the ability and willingness to be trained quickly.
- Strong analytical capability and able to ask the right job analysis questions
- Willing to travel extensively throughout EMEA and possible global travel.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Outstanding attention to detail and compliance-orientated, following processes and guidance as required to deliver an exceptional client service
- A willing contributor to a larger account team/ client community
- Knowledge about/ willingness to know more about the oil/ gas/ energy sector
- Experience knowing how organizations are structured and job design
- Native/Fluent in English and ideally one other European language. (Ideally French/Spanish/German/Dutch/Italian)
- Relevant Working authorisations.
