About the role

At SwiftComply, we believe great customer support isn’t just about fixing problems - it’s about creating great experiences for our customers!  That’s why we’re looking for a dedicated, curious and thoughtful Customer Support Agent to join our team.

In this frontline role, you’ll be the first person our customers turn to for help - whether they need a hand navigating our platform, troubleshooting an issue, or just making the most of our services.  You’ll work with our fantastic Support Team to ensure customer interactions are smooth and helpful.  Plus, you’ll have a chance to share feedback and help us improve the way we support our customers.

What you'll do

  • Whether it’s email, chat, or phone, you’ll be helping customers with fast and friendly support.
  • You will troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Become a product expert so you can confidently guide customers and help them get the most of our products.
  • We are better together! Stay aligned with the Customer Support Team Lead and foster a supportive and knowledge-sharing team culture.
  • Spot recurring customer issues? Share insights with the Customer Support Team Lead to provide product feedback and suggest knowledge base articles and updates.
  • You will be handling important account updates, admin tasks, and other details that keep customer accounts running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure customers get the best support and service possible.
  • Aim to exceed our support targets—fast responses, quick resolutions, and happy customers.
  • Follow our support workflows, but don’t hesitate to suggest improvements that could streamline or enhance the process.
  • Contribute to shift coverage and scheduling needs in coordination with the Customer Support Team Lead.

  • Experience in a Customer Support role
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2G SaaS company
  • Experience with water/wastewater industry

Compensation

This role carries an annual estimated compensation of between $40,000 and $45,000 USD, plus benefits listed below.

Please note: Offer is contingent upon a successful completion of a background check. And we are unable to sponsor visas at this time; you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident authorized to work in the US.
