Role Description

We are seeking a part-time remote E-commerce & Brand Operations Assistant for a growing role. You’ll oversee daily order fulfilment, customer service, social media engagement, and provide administrative support to the founder. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil all online orders and coordinate with our operations team

Monitor stock levels and flag when items are low

  • Respond to customer enquiries via email and Shopify Inbox
  • Schedule and Post Social media content to engage our audience
  • Lead and manage all administrative tasks, scheduling, and campaign preparation

Support with event coordination and brand launches

  • Join weekly meetings and report on progress

Note: This is a foundational role in a growing brand. Responsibilities may evolve as we grow, especially in operations, content, and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce (Shopify preferred)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Confident using Slack, Gmail, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)

Familiar with Instagram and TikTok (posting stories, basic engagement)

  • Proactive and reliable with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Muslim audiences and marriage content is a plus

Able to manage multiple responsibilities independently

Experience in customer service, admin, or operations is a strong advantage
