We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin/HR Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve various administrative and HR tasks, providing essential support to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with meeting planning and coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and files.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and onboarding procedures.
  • Handle HR inquiries and assist employees.

Requirements: 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Document Processing Tools (i.e Word processor, spreadsheet, presentation).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Perks

Accepted persons will be given an automatic FULL scholarship to a relevant Bincom Academy Class(es). A certificate of participation in the Bincom Academy class will be given.

This role starts as a 100% remote volunteer role.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Apprenticeship, Volunteer, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 10 per week
