What You Will Be Doing

• Discovering patterns in student reading and writing data through AI, and transforming these insights into innovative strategies that redefine English language instruction and literary analysis.
• Developing AI-driven tools that cater to individual learning styles, making grammar intuitive, vocabulary building engaging, and literary analysis approachable for students of all levels.
• Creating dynamic learning pathways that adapt in real-time, guiding students from phonics to complex text analysis, ensuring optimal progression for each learner.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to push the boundaries of language education, impacting the learning experiences of thousands of students directly.
• Transforming both classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enhanced experiences that not only educate but also inspire a love for reading and writing.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Managing traditional English curriculums or dealing with administrative tasks—this role focuses on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts education within our accelerated model.
• Working in isolation—you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team exploring the frontiers of AI in English education.
• Focusing solely on theory—every AI model you develop will have a direct impact on students' understanding and application of language skills within the 2 Hour Learning framework.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities Lead the charge in enhancing student outcomes in English and Language Arts through AI-driven analysis and execution, achieving a twofold increase in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within the innovative framework of 2 Hour Learning. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• Over three years of experience in teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with proven impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding skills in any programming language
• Experience in designing, implementing, or utilizing AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining intricate English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders professionally
