Job Description Arya Concierge About Arya: Arya is building the Couples Wellness category, poised to become the next billion-dollar cornerstone in the global wellness market. Couples have always faced the challenge of falling into routine, leading to increased loneliness and neglecting emotional and physical intimacy. Arya's AI concierge helps couples invest in their relationships and love life, both inside and outside the bedroom, promoting healthier, stronger relationships. Responsibilities:

• Manage, communicate, and respond to our customers via email and chat.
• Understand customers’ needs and provide them with appropriate personalized solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to couples, providing guidance, best practices, and recommendations to maximize their experience with our products/services (while collaborating with our research, product, and logistic teams).
• Build strong relationships with couples by providing trust, empathy, and professionalism.

• The ideal candidate has a “get it done” attitude and takes the initiative while being resourceful and maintaining a Positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and connect with couples.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues.
• Polite, empathetic, patient, trustworthy, and passionate about customer care, with the ability to make people feel at ease.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Independent, detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow instructions precisely.
• Work from home
• Experience as concierge/ in customer service or related role is an advantage

Type: Part-time, Contract Schedule: 10-20 hours a week in dynamic shifts- mornings, evenings, and weekends.
