This role touches all aspects of order-to-cash, from receipt of customer orders through invoices and RMA processing. This role requires a dynamic individual who has a passion to solve problems with numerous stake holders both inside and outside the company.

*   Receive, review, and process revenue and RMA orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures:
*   Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays and delivery issues.
*   Provide customers and sales with open order reports on a weekly basis.
*   Resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
*   Assist finance with account reconciliation, discrepancies and accurate processing of credits and returns
*   Assist sales with account management, queries, quoting, and be the liaison into Operations for Sales.
*   Help document and continuously improve processes that deliver world class service to our customers.
*   Provide cover for vacation time for team members. Participate in a floating schedule for different areas of Sales Operations activities (Loan management: RMA management: New Product backlog management).

**Required qualifications and skills**

• 5 years+ relevant Inside Sales / Customer Service Experience.

• Must be PC Literate – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Must have strong Excel experience – proficiency in vlook up/ pivot tables

• Competent in sales order entry systems and processes.

• Knowledge and experience of logistics, carriers and terms an advantage.

• Analytical, detail oriented, with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.

• Ability to organize and prioritise work is a must.

We are EVERSANA. **Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:** The Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations including posting entries to the general ledger, analyzing data, supporting month-end close processes and collaborating with employees throughout the organization. This position also works with third party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. **The role is completely remote and can be based anywhere in Ireland.Essential Duties And Responsibilities** Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:

*   Assisting the team meet established GL & month end close deadlines across multiple jurisdictions.
*   Support the resolution of issues on all assigned accounts and reconciliations to ensure proper and accurate reporting.
*   Preparing of consolidated reports for the business.
*   Bank reconciliation, credit card and indirect tax activity
*   Support AP with queries and resolution
*   Recommending and implementing improvements for process and cost
*   Supporting improvements to D365 for European entities
*   Serving as backup to other roles within the Finance department as needed.
*   Performing ad hoc projects and duties as required.

**Expectations Of The Job**

*   Travel – Ad hoc but infrequent
*   Hours - 40 Hours per week, 5 days of the week

**QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

*   Education – Degree in related field or Part Qualified Accountant
*   Experience and/or Training - Minimum of 3-5 years in an accounting role. Multinational experience in a shared services environment.
*   Technology/Equipment - Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets and accounting systems (D365).
*   Capable of communicating across all levels within the organization
