We’re looking for a high-energy, driven Operations Manager to join our team! You’ll play a key role in leading our Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Project Management Office (PMO) teams to new heights while ensuring that our operations run like clockwork.

You’ll oversee our GBS, BPO, and PMO teams, ensuring they are working at full capacity and driving towards business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Oversight:
- Be the go-to person for the GBS, BPO, and PMO teams – driving performance, engagement, and making sure the team is performing at its peak.
- Track and monitor team billability and efficiency, ensuring we’re always delivering top-notch results.
Regular Check-ins & Support:
- Lead regular check-ins (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure everyone is on track and working towards their goals.
- Address roadblocks and challenges head-on, providing the team with guidance and support to ensure projects stay on track.
Performance Management:
- Utilise your analytical skills to assess performance metrics, spot trends, and identify areas where we can improve.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve productivity, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence across all teams.
Collaboration with Leadership:
- Work directly with senior leadership to ensure alignment between team activities and overarching company objectives.
- Keep leadership in the loop with regular updates on progress, performance, and any potential issues that could impact operations.
Process Optimisation:
- Leverage your financial services or accountancy background to drive process improvements and boost efficiency across our operations.
- Lead initiatives that streamline workflows and enhance service delivery to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in operations management, particularly within a GBS, BPO, or financial services environment.
- A strong understanding of accountancy processes, BPO operations, and project management principles.
- Previous experience in consultancy, business transformation, or process optimisation is a massive plus.
- An understanding of financial metrics and performance management, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and team members alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to tackling operational challenges.
- Comfortable working remotely and leading a distributed team.
