Job DescriptionJob Summary This role is on the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team primarily supporting G&A submissions. The successful candidate in this position will assist in the management of G&A oversight of several Health Plans, supporting the monthly close function, forecasting / budgeting, headcount / vendor tracking and any ad hoc reporting requests for leadership decision making / support. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, close reporting, and month-end variance analysis
• Complete accurate and timely financial reporting and identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
• Develops policies and procedures to support all Finance activities
• Foster strong relationships with other teams and be able to adapt to change
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel experience
