Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Portfolio Manager to lead and manage our hospitality operations across numerous hotel locations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of proven experience in hospitality management, with a strong background in delivering exceptional guest experiences, overseeing operations, and leading teams. The role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Starting date will be Q3/4 2025 or Q1 2026.Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside individual hotel managers to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and business performance.
• Oversee daily needs of individual hotel managers.
• Provide periodic performance and planning reporting to upper management.
• Lead and mentor hospitality teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and improvement.
• Fully remote job with travel 25-50% of the time to hotel properties.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Experience at a hospitality REIT a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
• Must reside near a major airport, ideally in major UK or EU city.
• 4 year College degree - post-graduate work a plus.
