The Carrier Manager plays a pivotal role in owning and growing KORE’s relationships with MNO’s You’ll be responsible for shaping partnership strategy, strengthening commercial terms, and ensuring seamless delivery of connectivity solutions globally. From strategic contract negotiations to overseeing network sunsets, your work directly impacts on how KORE brings high-performance IoT connectivity to life. Core AccountabilitiesFinancial
- Structure and negotiate contracts that support KORE’s strategic goals and deliver strong value for money
- Partner with Sales to provide insights, data, and carrier intel to win competitive tenders and unlock new growth opportunities
- Drive accurate monthly invoice reconciliation and approval processes in collaboration with the Carrier, Finance, and Ops teams - resolving disputes swiftly to protect margin and maintain carrier trust
Customer
- Cultivate strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure access to competitive connectivity and world-class support
- Act as a critical problem solver for customer issues related to network delivery, collaborating with internal and carrier teams to resolve escalations quickly
- Lead onboarding of new carrier partnerships and eSIM profiles – coordinating across stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones are met
- Maintain an up-to-date global network sunset database and partner with Sales to develop transition strategies from 2G/3G to LTE and LPWAN technologies, minimizing customer churn
Business Process
- Deliver performance insights and metrics to executive stakeholders, helping guide strategy and decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales on special pricing or service requests - ensuring positive, aligned engagement from carrier partners to improve win rates and margin
- Work closely with Product to identify and source next-gen carrier capabilities that enhance KORE's value proposition and differentiation
- Serve as a highly effective cross-functional liaison - operating independently while keeping leadership informed and aligned
Learning and Development
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the competitive landscape, including carrier pricing models, product innovation, and market positioning across major MNOs and MVNOs
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on carrier capabilities, identifying and communicating how KORE can differentiate itself in the market through unique partnerships, pricing, or technology
- Provide ongoing market intelligence to Sales, Product, and Executive teams to inform strategic decisions, enhance partner proposals, and stay one step ahead of competitors
- Represent KORE at industry events, webinars, and forums where carrier strategy, connectivity innovation, and IoT trends are being discussed
- Maintain a working knowledge base of regulatory developments and proactively brief internal stakeholders - especially Sales - on key updates and regional nuances
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in the Telecom or IoT space, ideally within MVNO environments
- Commercial negotiation experience at a management level
- Strong technical understanding of network operations and connectivity products
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management success
