Role Description
This is a remote role for a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, engaging and onboarding business partners to the organisation. You will promote the company's brand through recruitment campaigns and events, helping grow the talent in the company by finding and nurturing the most suitable candidates to contribute to the company's future success and longevity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders and maintain relationships
- Experience in managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing is a plus
- High performers with a proven ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to overcome day to day challenges
